Use our TreeTop System, to pull reports showing product purchases
by category, item ranking, fill rate, per patient daily cost, incontinence
item-specific usage, open invoices, and product comparisons. Click

Delivery
With 6 strategic locations, we provide one day, scheduled route delivery
on company-operated trucks to 90% of the highlighted zones. Shipments
outside the zones are made via UPS or common carrier. Rush delivery
of consumable items can usually be arranged. Non-consumables such
as Equipment, textiles and instruments that are not stocked have a
longer lead time.

Freight Policy
We offer Free Freight on orders of $1,000 or more when delivered within
the highlighted zones, as part of our regular scheduled route. Free
Freight does not apply to equipment, textiles and instruments. Freight
charges do apply to all orders outside the highlighted zones.

Return Policy
 All
returns must be authorized in advance by Druzak Medical. Only items
purchased from Druzak Medical in the last 60 days, in original packaging,
with all parts and quantities will be considered. A 15% re-stocking
charge applies to consumable items and 20% to equipment, textiles
and instruments. Items received defective or as a result of Druzak
Medical error are excluded from re-stocking charges.
